ABOUT US

OUR VISION

To create a community of educational leaders skilled in addressing the needs of African American students and dedicated to increasing the number of highly effective African American female administrators and superintendents. We are working towards seeing our organization expand statewide and nationwide.

OUR BOARD

It all started with a simple desire to grow our own individual educational careers. After realizing how tough it can be to go it alone, we understood the importance of having someone who’s already walked the path, guide you along to your’s. That’s when Unity was born. We came together as African American, female educators to create a space where it’s easier to climb the ranks because you have someone who’s already done it, guiding you.
