Sisters Speak is a conversation space for women in leadership to network, learn, and ask candid questions of the leaders shaping education today. Each session features a woman leader sharing her insights on leading with equity, navigating complex systems, and sustaining wellness in high impact roles.
This session features Nicole Anderson, CEO of Nicole Anderson and Associates Consulting and Superintendent Search Consultant for McPherson and Jacobson Executive Search Firm. Nicole recruits Superintendents. She will talk about what it takes to be ready for the seat, what boards and search firms look for in a candidate, and how to prepare long before a position is posted.
